Account Coordinator - Warrington
Account Coordinator - Warrington Job Title: Account CoordinatorRecruitment Consultant Location: Warrington Duration: Permanent Availability: Immediate A new position has become available for an Account Co-ordinator based in Warrington The main purpose of the role is to assist the Recruitment Manager and the Business Unit as a whole with administrative duties linked to the service delivery to clients. Duties Include: Contract Administration Reference checking for new starters Termination reviews for finishers Complete Contractor On-boarding Tasks - requesting/obtaining/chasing all necessary documents from workers (Ltd Certs, ID, References, Client Specific Forms, Qualification Certificates) and keeping up to date records Arrange contractor holiday requests with payroll Vacancy advertising for consultants Assist with Contractors Periodic Reviews on home pages Assist in the coordination of worker travel requests and necessary insurance cover (with International Logistics team) Assist the Business Manager in coordinating information required for periodic Supplier Performance Reviews and other requests for information.
